Responsibilities
- Dive into the IT market, building expertise in a specialist area.
- Expand our network by growing existing accounts and securing new client relationships.
- Attend meetings with top decision‑makers and build face‑to‑face client relationships.
- By the time you progress, negotiate deals, close opportunities, and provide top‑tier account management.
- Become a trusted partner in the IT recruitment space while driving Archer's growth.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (service sales is a premio!).
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
