Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for handling both customer service and operational tasks within the forwarding business.

- Forwarding Operations – you will manage end-to-end import/export operations for both air and ocean freight.
- Handle import and export shipment operations.
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and service providers.
- Arrange customs clearance and delivery.
- Liaise with overseas offices within the company.

Customer Service

Customer Interaction

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding transportation matters.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide shipment status updates and follow‑ups.
- Prepare quotations and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers on various requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments.

Requirements

Mandatory

- Experience in customer service or operations within the forwarding industry.
- Practical experience in import/export operations.
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately.

Preferred

- Experience handling both air and ocean freight.
- Experience working in Japanese or Japanese‑affiliated companies.
- Japanese language communication skills.

Employment Conditions

- Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 per year (12 months + 2 months premio).
- Working Style: 5 days per week in the office.
- Benefits: Transportation expenses provided.
