Experteer Overview

In this role you drive group-level financial control and performance across Magna’s Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting group. You will shape automated reporting and digital finance initiatives that improve accuracy and speed. You partner with IT and finance teams to implement solutions and support strategic decision-making. This two-year fixed-term contract offers a path to a permanent position in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial results
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and provide actionable insights on performance and variances
- Drive automation of reporting/controlling processes using Power BI, RPA, Python, and ERP modules




- Develop dashboards and automated workflows to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with IT and finance to implement digital solutions across entities
- Support group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles and align local plans with group objectives
- Act as technical advisor to divisional controlling teams and support strategic decision-making

Responsabilità

- 2-3 years in controlling
- Automation and digital finance transformation experience
- Knowledge of group consolidation tools and ERP systems (SAP, OneStream)
- Advanced Excel and automation tools (Power BI, RPA platforms, Python, SQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
