Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead Awin's Financial Analytics, acting as a product owner for the company's financial reporting, KPIs and planning.

and timelinesDefine business logic and semantic layers for financial and business analyticsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and solve real business problemsCoach two direct reports and one dotted-line data engineer, promoting growth and high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with Data Engineering squads to ingest and model dataManage squad backlog, refine requirements, prioritize user stories, ensure stakeholder alignmentLead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesResponsabilità5+ years in Financial or Business Analytics including Product Ownership / Squad LeadershipBachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Analytics related fieldCIMA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent xrdztoy (preferred)Expertise with SQL and Tableau is essential;
