Experteer Overview

In this role you will deliver on-site technical service for Anton Paar instruments across Lombardy and parts of Northeastern Italy, with occasional travel. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments following company procedures to ensure quality service. You’ll manage spare parts and document activities in SAP/CRM while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position offers hands‑on problem solving, growth opportunities, and a clear impact on instrument reliability and customer success.

Responsabilità

- Residence in Lombardy region, preferably Mantua or Cremona
- Technical secondary school diploma in Electronics (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Good command of English (minimum B1)
- Experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is a plus
