Experteer Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of cryogenic pumps across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will supervise field teams, provide technical guidance, and drive solutions for onshore and offshore customers. The role combines hands‑on engineering with customer‑facing leadership to ensure safe, reliable operation and problem resolution. You will travel extensively, including offshore work, to support critical rotating equipment and uphold Elliott’s service standards.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead field service technical advisor on-site and for customers and junior personnel
- Supervise on-site staff from Elliott, customer, and contracted teams
- Prepare job quotes and assist with invoicing and profitability decisions
- Manage complex packages and contracts; investigate problems and resolve disputes




- Perform hazard identification and mitigation for tasks
- Provide field service reporting to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
- Support other department and company activities as directed by Field Service management

Responsabilità

- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
- 5–10 years’ experience with cryogenic pumps and expanders, especially LNG onshore and marine environments
- Hands‑on and supervisory experience in field service
- Experience writing detailed service reports
- Proven track record leading customer installations, repairs and maintenance
- Willingness to travel ~200+ days/year across Europe, Middle East, Russia and Africa; offshore in the UK North Sea
