Qualifications

Education

- 1. Bachelor Degree
- 2. Excellent knowledge of the English language
- 3. Preferably specialization course or Master

Job Functions

1. Menu engineering
2. Analysis and evaluation of food and beverage costs
3. Preparation of the monthly rota for the F&B; departments
4. Management of F&B; staff (coordination of departmental tasks and management of employee leave)
5. Management of the department's correspondence and the commitments of the F&B; Director
6. Candidate selection activities for the F&B; department in collaboration with Human Resources
7. Support to the F&B; Director in job interviews
8. Support to the Human Resources office in organizing training activities
9. Hostess requisition
10. Implementation of a customer database system for F&B;
11. Quotes and P.O.
12. Sourcing equipment for events
13. E-mail booking
14. CR (Central Reservation) – Phone bookings
15. Menu printing
16. ODS printing
17.



Insertion and modification of items in Micros
18. F&B; Manager Meeting Agenda
19. Voucher Creation

Skills
