Experteer Overview

As Facilities Supervisor, you will manage the operational and technical aspects of the boutique’s properties and systems to ensure service excellence, continuity, and compliance in a high-visibility luxury setting. You will plan and oversee maintenance activities, monitor supplier interventions, and ensure documentation and quality standards meet Maison requirements. You will collaborate with project and Architecture teams, support in-store events, and interact with landlords to sustain peak boutique performance. This role offers a meaningful impact on safety, efficiency, and guest experience through technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

- Define, activate and monitor technical maintenance and service contracts (electrical, mechanical, fire prevention, security systems, BMS, cleaning)
- Update preventive maintenance plan and ensure timely interventions and proper reporting
- Coordinate suppliers and ensure contractual performance (SLA, KPI, service quality)
- Manage corrective maintenance and emergency interventions
- Oversee fittings, events, space changes and relocations to maintain operational continuity
- Provide technical support during in-store events with on-site involvement
- Collaborate with projects & architecture teams on work handover and commissioning
- Verify and update technical documentation




- Implement mandatory periodic checks compliant with Italian regulations
- Manage relationships with control bodies and notified bodies
- Conduct supplier audits for quality, compliance and cost efficiency
- Contribute to operational budget planning (Opex) and monitor expenses
- Review quotes for technical and economic validityAssist in defining maintenance capex and prepare technical specs for major works
- Validate quantity surveys against offers and on-site work
- Monitor budget vs actuals and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate facility suppliers and ensure service and customer experience
- Align daily activities with Operations objectives and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture
- Maintain technical interface with landlords and manage issues per contracts
- Ensure strong emphasis on internal and external customer satisfaction

Responsabilità

- Experience in similar Facility/Maintenance roles, preferably in high-end retail or hospitality
- Proficiency with Italian technical and safety regulations
- AutoCAD
- Excel planning and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and priority management in high-pressure contexts
- Discretion and confidentiality in luxury environments
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction in both internal and external contexts
- English fluent
