Yellowsquare is looking for an Event Coordinator

YellowSquare Milan is looking for a creative person full of ideas, curiosity, and the motivation to turn projects into reality. If you love international environments, enjoy connecting with people, and have a practical mindset ready to experiment and explore, you’ll fit right in.

Who we are:

- YellowSquare is a modern and innovative hostel with locations in Rome, Milan, and Florence, expanding both in Italy and abroad;
- We’re not just a place to sleep, but a community where travelers and locals connect through events, parties, music, workshops, and shared experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinating and planning weekly events and activities at YellowSquare Milan;
- Creating new, engaging, and culturally relevant experiences for international guests;
- Promoting events on social media channels;
- Organizing nights with bands, DJs, stand-up comedy, workshops, games, and more;
- Managing artistic and financial relationships with performers and vendors;
- Supervising event execution and coordinating involved departments;
- Building positive relationships with guests and partners to ensure memorable experiences.

What you should have:

- Experience in event planning or entertainment;




- A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude;
- Creativity and willingness to experiment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus!);
- Confidence with social media and digital tools;
- A team-player attitude, passion for hospitality, and an out-of-the-box approach.
