The company's mission is "to take care and treat patients at home with expertise, ethics and devotion", developing services increasingly closer to the patient's needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations. Main Accountabilities
Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber
Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations
Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment

Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment.
Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance
Represent the company by guaranteeing a good Quality of Service with patients & prescribers and contribute to the development of the activity of its perimeter Differentiating Criteria
Technical expertise in medical device installation
Present the company to external stakeholders
Requires good administrative skills
Complex problem will be referred to Manager **Are you a MATCH?** Diploma in Nursing: 5+years of experience
Knowledge in medical device installation
