The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business. **HR COST CONTROLLING** As our HR Cost Controlling Intern, you will be part of the Group Center of Expertise and will have the opportunity to work in the following areas: - Support the HR Controlling & Reporting team in monitoring and analyzing labor costs
- Participate in the preparation of HR budgets and forecasts
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date HR cost reporting for both local and international employees
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with corporate HR guidelines and local regulations

- Analytical skills and proactive problem solving, together with flexibility and initiative
- Excellent knowladge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English
- Communicative, empathetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
