Accenture is hiring an entry-level Early Talent AI Native Engineer in Roma. This role targets recent graduates and early-career engineers with strong software foundations, rapid learning, and AI curiosity.

You will start with a hire-to-train model and grow into a client-facing, full-stack AI-native engineer embedded in delivery teams. You will work across the full software lifecycle, building applications, platforms, and APIs while leveraging cloud, DevOps, and AI tools to accelerate delivery.
