Role Description This full-time Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist role at TEAM NETUSE SRL is a hybrid position based in Garbagnate Milanese, with flexibility for partial work from home. The ERP Specialist configures, maintains, and optimizes ERP software to support core business operations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across functions such as finance, supply chain, and operations. Daily activities include analyzing existing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, mapping workflows, and translating them into effective ERP solutions and enhancements.
The role involves troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with vendors or internal IT teams, testing updates, and training users on new features and best practices. The ERP Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement process changes, and support reporting and decision-making through the ERP system.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with the ability to document workflows and recommend practical optimization initiatives.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and hands-on experience with ERP Software configuration, implementation, or support.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret system outputs to support business decisions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and manage change.
Solid technical aptitude, including familiarity with databases, system integrations, and basic troubleshooting of software issues.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex system concepts in clear, accessible language.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple tasks and projects in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in ERP-related roles, consulting, or process improvement within small to mid-sized organizations is an advantage.
