Experteer Italy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor an engineering team focused on the Cilium networking project. In this role, you will enhance team performance and preserve engineering culture while influencing technical direction in a security-focused, cloud-native environment.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of Engineering Management experience and 7+ years in Systems programming with a solid understanding of Linux systems and BPF programming.
