Mission
- Ensure the proper functioning of the client's products by resolving on-site issues as part of after-sales services.
Activities
- Carry out internal activities to establish an after-sales maintenance service and/or sold maintenance services.
- Assess maintenance needs based on customer service requests and on the demand and availability of internal and external resources (third-party services).
- Analyze product issues and liaise with the client on the operational aspects of the product/system to support MRO activities and ensure the availability and reliability of products in service.
- Release and return systems/products to service after maintenance, verifying and certifying their correct operation (LCM - Execution/Delivery).
- Manage and perform on-site activities including installation and configuration, delivery, renewal, dismantling, maintenance, repair and overhaul, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support.
Basic Requirements & Education
- Degree in Secondary School (Perito Aeronautico / Perito Elettronico)
- 10 years' experience in rotorcraft maintenance as qualified mechanic
- In case of reduced experience,
a dedicate assessment will be conducted to evaluate any additional on the job training requirement
- Only for (S), experience in metallic and/or composite parts repair;
- Ability to understand aircraft technical manuals (e.g. Maintenance Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalogue, etc);
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Desired requirements
- Proven certification of Basic Modules (EASA or DAAA) M9 and M10;
- Type Training (Theoretical elements) on at least one of the AgustaWestland rotorcraft.
