Electrical HV Construction Manager - CAP INGELEC

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking an Electrical HV Construction Manager in Milan.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects for Electrical High-Voltage discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

Responsibilities

- Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints
- Managing project execution and coordinating on‑site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling
- Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors
- Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow‑up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers)
- Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners




- Ensuring compliance with HSE rules

Profile

With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service‑oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mostly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
