We are looking for a talented and driven Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & Development team in Cuneo, Italy.

In this role, you will design and develop electrical solutions supporting our automation and robotics product portfolio.
You will be involved in creating electrical architectures, designing circuits, and ensuring compliance with company standards, while contributing to product innovation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical circuits, schematics, and system layouts using CAD tools (e.g., EPLAN).
- Translate technical requirements into efficient automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain electrical architectures using control hardware and components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards and engineering guidelines.
- Select, evaluate, and test electrical components and suppliers.
- Support product lifecycle activities including new releases, retrofits, and obsolescence management.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies in automation and robotics.
- Provide support to service teams and assist in prototype assembly when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in automation and electrical design.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., EPLAN).
- Experience with PLM and ERP systems.
- Strong xlwpduy understanding of automation systems and electromechanical components.
- Experience in component evaluation and testing.
- Ability to propose improvements and optimize product efficiency.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
