In this role you will lead electrical design across the full project lifecycle for cable manufacturing machinery, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable, efficient solutions. You’ll work on electrical systems, automation, power electronics and drives, from concept through start‑up. The role combines hands‑on design with international project coordination to improve performance and maintainability. Responsabilità

- Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector
- English proficiency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage inter‑departmental and multicultural relations across countries and plants
- Ability to identify problems and develop collaborative solutions
- Willingness to travel
