- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors as needed.




- Ensure compliance with Italian statutory requirements and company accounting policies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the EMEA finance team.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.Fluent in Italian and English **Key Responsibilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an international company.
- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
