**Event Manager** The **Event Manager** at Villa Arcadio is the creative and organizational heart of our events department, responsible for turning every occasion into an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a restored 14th-century monastery overlooking Lake Garda, Villa Arcadio is a luxury boutique hotel renowned for its refined atmosphere, attention to detail, and authentic hospitality. The Event Manager **plans, coordinates, and oversees all private and corporate events** — from weddings to gala dinners — ensuring perfect harmony between guests, suppliers, and internal departments. This is both a **strategic and operational role, combining creativity and precision to deliver events** that fully reflect Villa Arcadio’s philosophy of timeless elegance and personalized service. **Main responsibilities**: - Plan, sell, and manage private and corporate events (weddings, anniversaries, company gatherings, etc.).
- Maintain direct contact with clients, providing guidance and personalized support throughout all stages of the event.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, FOH, Kitchen, and Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers, handling contracts, logistics, and quality control.
- Prepare the Service Order (ODS) and lead pre-event briefings with all involved teams.
- Supervise every phase of the event — from set-up to closure — ensuring impeccable execution and swift problem-solving when needed.
- Monitor event budgets and costs, aligning each project with company objectives.




- Collect and analyze post-event feedback, preparing detailed Event Reports for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on the definition and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and staff training programs.
- Support the creation of digital and social media content to promote Villa Arcadio’s event experiences and enhance brand visibility. **What we expect from you**: - Proven experience in event management, ideally within luxury hospitality or boutique hotels.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, flexibility, and a hands-on approach.
- Confidence in managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Proficiency with digital tools for event management and communication.
