**Key Responsibilities**: - Project Planning and Coordination Development of detailed project schedules and milestone management
Multidisciplinary coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers
Progress monitoring and periodic reporting to stakeholders
- Budget Management and Cost Control Project budget preparation and monitoring
Change order control and economic approval management
Cost-agevolazioni analysis and resource allocation optimization
- Technical Supervision and Quality Assurance Verification of execution compliance with project designs and technical specifications
Quality control of workmanship and materials
Technical issue management and solution development
- Stakeholder Relations Interface with clients, competent authorities, and regulatory bodies
Project communication management and coordination meetings
Support during handover and final commissioning phases
- Compliance and Risk Management Verification of regulatory compliance and permit requirements
Project risk identification and mitigation
Document management and project filing

Project Manager - Real Estate & Construction
**Responsabilità Principali**: - Pianificazione e Coordinamento Progetti Sviluppo di cronoprogrammi dettagliati e gestione delle milestone
Coordinamento multidisciplinare tra team interni, consulenti esterni e fornitori
Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento e reportistica periodica agli stakeholder
- Gestione Budget e Controllo Costi Preparazione e monitoraggio del budget di progetto
Controllo delle varianti e gestione delle approvazioni economiche
Analisi costi-benefici e ottimizzazione dell'allocazione delle risorse
- Supervisione Tecnica e Controllo Qualità Verifica della conformità esecutiva rispetto ai progetti e alle specifiche tecniche




Controllo qualità delle lavorazioni e dei materiali
Gestione delle problematiche tecniche e sviluppo di soluzioni
- Relazioni con gli Stakeholder Interfaccia con clienti, enti competenti e organismi di controllo
Gestione della comunicazione di progetto e meeting di coordinamento
Supporto durante le fasi di consegna e collaudo finale
- Compliance e Gestione Rischi Verifica della conformità normativa e dei requisiti autorizzativi
Identificazione e mitigazione dei rischi di progetto
Gestione documentale e archiviazione di progetto
Si offre contratto inziale a tempo determinato di un anno
