Overview FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER:

We are looking for a passionate and engaged E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Intern to join our E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Team in our Global HQ, in Milan.

Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES

Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy, contributing to customer engagement and conversion optimization initiatives

- Support the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvement opportunities through a test-and-learn approach
- Monitor the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels, contributing to the optimization of the overall customer experience;

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS

Economics or Engineering Master degree or similar;

A previous experience in the field will be considered a plus;

Passionate about fashion and digital communication;

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,



including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;

Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized;

Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details;

Fluent in English.
