Our company is a luxury fragrance brand. We are the only niche fragrance brand vertically integrated, everything is artisanally produced. **Role Overview** **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end project management of retail design and build projects, from concept to store opening.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and on-budget execution.
- Translate brand guidelines into physical retail environments that reflect Fueguia’s values and aesthetic.
- Manage timelines, procurement, and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, retail operations, product, logistics) to support successful store launches.
- Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and ensure quality control.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.




- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and risks.
- Produce and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, gantt charts, task assigments, reports, and visual presentations. **Requirements**: - 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in luxury retail design or architecture/interiors.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of materials, design principles, construction processes, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish language is a plus.
