Offering Associate, Real World Data

We are seeking an **Offering Associate**to join our Real World Data team. This role supports the Offering & Information team in developing and presenting new services for pharmaceutical clients, leveraging IQVIA’s extensive real-world data assets. You will work closely with Global Offering Managers, Sales, and R&D; Data Scientists to enhance existing offerings and co-create new information-based services with potential global impact. **Main responsibilities**: - Analyze complex proprietary IQVIA databases to uncover pharma market dynamics and identify innovation opportunities
- Monitor and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable business insights
- Support commercial activities and client engagement, with a strong focus on data and insights
- Assist in preparing client presentations and materials for offering development
- Collaborate with clients to resolve data-related or offering-related issues




- Partner with R&D; teams to support the development and automation of ML solutions using RWD healthcare big data (e.g., physician and patient-level data) **Qualifications**
- Master's Degree Economics, Statistics (STEM) or relevant field with curiosity for Healthcare-related sector
- 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate or Consulting companies
- Nice to have some programming skills experience (e.g. R, Python, SAS)
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing)
- Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid) Permanent contract
