Digital Merchandising Coordinator

In this role you will drive digital merchandising for Moncler’s online channels from our Milan HQ. You will own the go-to-market strategy for assigned lines, ensure optimal product presentation and consumer journey, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to maximize sales and profitability. You’ll balance data-driven analysis with hands‑on catalogue management and GTM execution, influencing digital performance and editorial calendar timing.

- Understand assigned lines to define trading strategies and execution

- Perform weekly to ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and improve performance

- Oversee daily category management: product uploads, availability, publication, search optimization, visual merchandising

- Lead product selection and coordinate GTM activities for launches and campaigns





- Contribute to the digital commercial and editorial calendar ensuring timely online availability and touchpoint alignment

- Collaborate with analytics to optimize products and navigation; ensure accurate merchandising

- Coordinate with CRM and Digital Marketing for correct product linking in communications

- Align digital product strategy with Buying investments

- Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking analyses with actionable recommendations

- Conduct on‑site checks to identify merchandising or technical issues and coordinate bug‑fix processes

- Solid passion and understanding of Digital Merchandising

- Proficiency with Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and PIM platforms; Salesforce and Contentsquare knowledge

- 5+ years of ecommerce experience; luxury/fashion or digital environments preferred

- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills

- Academic background in Economics or related field
