We're looking for an experienced Design Lead to join a major pharmaceutical engineering project in Emilia-Romagna.

This role requires a highly experienced engineering professional capable of coordinating multidisciplinary design activities and acting as the key interface between the client and the engineering contractor throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering design.

Manage technical interfaces between stakeholders.





Review and coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines.

Support technical decision-making throughout the design phase.

Ensure effective collaboration between engineering teams and the client. Requirements

Extensive experience in pharmaceutical engineering projects.

Strong understanding of

HVAC

Process & Utility Piping

Clean & Black Utilities

Process Equipment

Pharmaceutical facilities

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English. Preferred

Previous experience with international engineering consultancies or EPC/EPCM companies on large pharmaceutical projects. ? Location: Italy
