Delivery Lead – PAL at Avanade

Firenze, TOS, IT – Full‑time, on‑site position.

Job Overview

Lead complex delivery projects within Health & Public Services with a focus on Local Public Administration, ensuring timely, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes aligned with organisational strategy.

Responsibilities

- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, maintain long‑lasting relationships, communicate needs, update on progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly.
- Project Delivery: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects, develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage schedules, monitor performance, and report on progress.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and delivery staff; provide mentorship, performance feedback, and foster a collaborative high‑performance culture.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency,



ensuring compliance with policies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks, and escape them as necessary.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in project management and delivery management, with strong technical background and proven experience managing complex delivery projects for PAL – Local Public Administration.
- Proven experience managing systems integration projects.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range €39,180–€72,000. Flexible and smart‑working options and individualized benefits programs available.
