Overview

As CSA QA/QC Engineer you ensure civil, structural and architectural works meet project specs and client expectations on a flagship data centre build in Milan. You’ll work with the CSA Construction Manager and quality teams to drive inspection activity, manage QA/QC documentation, and support subcontractor compliance. The role offers international exposure within a high-stakes, quality-led delivery environment. You will contribute to right-first-time delivery and smooth handover of final documentation. This position combines technical rigor with clear career progression in a challenging hyperscale project setting.

Responsibilities

- Inspect CSA works for compliance with drawings, specs, and standards
- Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil, structural, and architectural scopes
- Review subcontractor method statements, ITPs, and quality submissions
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality walkdowns on site
- Issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective actions
- Provide technical quality support to construction teams and subcontractors




- Verify materials and workmanship meet approved standards
- Maintain records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation
- Support project reporting with quality updates and compliance tracking
- Assist handover processes including QA dossiers and final documentation
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance across CSA packages

Qualifications

- Qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Proven CSA QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or high-tech project experience advantageous
- Strong understanding of CSA construction standards, inspection processes, and compliance
- Experience managing ITPs, audits, NCRs, snagging, and quality close-out
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Highly organized, detail-focused, able to work in fast-paced site environments
