About the team: The e‑commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space among leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e‑commerce experience to our users.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
- Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.




- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth & level upgrade.
- Collect and organize creator feedback, and assist in producing reports or actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start immediately until the end of the year.
- Highly interested in the e‑commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
- Proficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.
- Chinese‑speaking skills to be able to work with Chinese‑speaking creators.

- Be mindful of data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Previous experience in influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e‑commerce operations will be highly valued.
