Experteer Overview

As a Cost Controller at LuxExperience, you will help steer cost governance in a global luxury group. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to enable efficient manufacturing and operating spend. You will interact with cross-functional partners to drive value and ensure robust internal controls.

This role offers hybrid work, with responsibilities spanning from monthly closes to financial analytics, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Join us to shape cost strategy for premium brands and multi-brand platforms.

- Manage or support annual budgeting and multi-year financial planning for operating and manufacturing costs
- Oversee monthly financial close and prepare SOX documentation
- Lead monthly cost analysis and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

- Analyze variances versus Budget and Prior Year in depth
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management




- Conduct ad hoc analyses and develop business cases across business areas
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits and maintain internal controls

Qualifications

- Bachelor in Economics (or related disciplines) with at least 2 years in Controlling / Cost Controlling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Numerical mindset with solid analytical orientation
- High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks
- Good collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
