**Overview** **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** - Independently perform multiple complex valuation engagements for a wide range of public and private corporate clients, both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate best-in-class understanding of clients’ business models, strategies, and industry challenges.
- Act as a privileged interlocutor with clients, showing strong listening and analytical skills to identify needs and deliver value-added solutions.
- Organise engagement work efficiently and provide clear guidance to team members.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff in analyses, reports, and presentations.
- Take responsibility for preparing and presenting engagement deliverables in a clear, concise, and well-argued manner.
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a direct contact for current and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate the drafting of proposals, presentations, and publications for clients. **Essential Traits** - Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in Big 4, investment banking, or equivalent, with a focus on valuation, due diligence,
or restructuring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork abilities, and personal commitment.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent and work with diverse communities and teams. **About Kroll**
