Corporate Controller – Focus on Processes and Tools

Reporting to the Corporate Planning & Reporting Manager, the role involves:

- Drawing up periodic Group consolidated financial reports for internal use, including monthly performance reviews and Board meetings.
- Performing period‑end deep‑dived analysis of Group performance, investigating variances versus planned figures and proposing corrective measures and efficiency opportunities.
- Supporting consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term planning.
- Preparing the financial calendar for periodic reporting & planning processes, monitoring deadlines and escalating deviations.
- Industrialising reporting processes, from automatic creation of Business Area templates to the publishing of Group financial and operational performance with commentary.
- Automating the preparation of recurring reports requested by global functions.
- Collaborating with the corporate ICT department to leverage RPA opportunities to free up time for business analysis.
- Designing and cascading planning & reporting procedures to spread Group standards among business areas.
- Driving operating reporting & planning execution to excellence through continuous process improvement.
- Proposing and executing projects to broaden finance data content availability,



improving business analysis and accelerating insights generation.
- Setting up ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making.
- Designing and implementing suitable financial controls as the business grows.

The Candidate

- BA in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within multinationals or management consulting firms.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting & planning systems: PBI, SAC (plus), and other EPM tools such as OneStream, Anaplan, Board.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Strong experience in consolidated reporting and analysis of reporting packages.
- Fluency in English is required.
