We are currently looking for a Controller.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor operating costs and analyze variances against budget targets.
- Collect and analyze financial data from all hotel departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other operating areas.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial records and reconciliations.
- Develop ad hoc analyses and reports to support management and business decision-making.
- Support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the implementation of business intelligence tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling,



auditing, or accounting roles within structured organizations or consulting firms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) framework is considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in the luxury hospitality industry.

Employment Terms

- Full-time employment under the Italian Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Turismo).
- Gross annual salary starting from €35,000.
