Experteer OverviewAs a Consultant in the two-year Operations Excellence Program, you work on client engagements to diagnose issues, develop hypotheses, and design analyses that drive actionable recommendations. You receive intensive on-the-job coaching plus a structured capability-building curriculum focused on operations excellence. Responsibilities

- Identify client issues and form hypotheses
- Design and conduct analyses to test hypotheses
- Synthesize findings into practical recommendations
- Participate in on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building
- Work across multiple client engagements and service lines
- Specialize through advanced training in manufacturing, product development, purchasing,



service operations, supply chain, or capital excellence
- Contribute to problem-solving culture and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

- Master’s degree
- Initial experience in product development (e.g., optimization, value analysis, leading R&D; projects, supplier management)
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Mobility and willingness for European assignments
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local language
