Experteer Overview

In this role you support the full deal lifecycle in a real estate investment and advisory setting, building a strong foundation in market research, financial analysis, and asset management. You work closely with senior colleagues on divestments and investment decisions, gaining hands‑on experience with live assets and DCF modelling. The position offers clear responsibility from day one and opportunities to accelerate your career in real estate or investment.

Responsibilities

- Update market presentations
- Assist in preparing pitch decks
- Support senior team in managing divestment processes
- Map funds nearing maturity
- Update client and opportunity databases/files
- Conduct property site inspections
- Develop discounted cash flow (DCF) models

Requirements





- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong report‑writing skills in English
- Creative, problem‑solving mindset
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Prior valuation or leasing experience is a plus
- Advanced English language
- Team‑oriented, collaborative attitude and knowledge‑sharing spirit
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary €35,000‑40,000 gross per annum
