The reception desk/ bar area will be your primary field of responsibility - this means: - You will be responsible for the Check-In and Check-Out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officer
- To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o;, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions
- At the bar your job is to serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare cocktails During restaurant-shifts, you are responsible for: - The timely preparation of breakfast-, lunch
- or dinner-buffet
- Ensuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always kept **YOUR PROFILE**
- The interaction in our guests is fun for you
- You are a reliable person, capable to work in team
- You are motivated, dynamic and flexible
- You don’t mind to work on shifts even from 6am in the morning, weekends or during holidays
- If you have previous experience in the tourism field or guest relation involved work experience is a plus
- Your knowledge of **Italian and English** will enable you to have a conversation with our guests
