**_Graphic Designer Specialist _**_- Tempo pieno, UNIQLO Italy, Milano _

- _**_Location _**_: Milan (Availability for short business travel) _ **_Key Responsibilities _**: - Develop and adapt visual merchandising concepts and in‑store marketing designs in alignment with global and European guidelines. _
- _Customize graphic materials to meet local business needs while adhering to company standards. _
- _Create clear, structured guidelines—based on global direction—to support local sales and profit objectives. _
- _Ensure consistent and accurate execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores and the broader company portfolio. _
- _Identify visual merchandising and in-store marketing challenges in collaboration with Store and Area Managers, proposing targeted and effective solutions. _
- _Support the development of visual layouts for new store openings. _
- _Manage allocated budgets efficiently. _
- _Oversee supplier relationships and ensure high‑quality deliverables. _ **_Competencies _**
- _Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design,



or a related discipline. _
- _Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion and retail sectors. _
- _Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). _
- _Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel). _
- _Italian native speaker. _
- _Strong English skills, both written and spoken. _
- _Highly motivated, adaptable, and equipped with strong problem‑solving capabilities. _
- _Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. _
- _Proactive, autonomous, and self‑driven. _
- _Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.**_Additional Assets _**
