Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II processes from drywall to home completion, coordinating independent contractors across multiple sites in Veneto. You will apply Perry Homes procedures, manage materials, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising construction, monitoring budgets and change orders, reading blueprints, and maintaining high customer service with homeowners. A relevant degree and leadership experience are required.
