About Aethos Monterosa
In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B; outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season.

- Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome
- Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Supporting the preparations for the service and making sure all areas are always looking their best
- Supporting the preparation of all necessary mise‑en‑place
- Cleaning agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid‑down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements
- Fluent in English & Italian is a must
- Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
- Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessary
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests
- Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Maximizes efforts toward productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
- Professional development and training opportunities, with possibilities for growth within the Aethos brand.
