**BEC Italia**, is looking for a motivated and well-organized **Program Operation Specialist**to join our team in Milano's office. **Role Overview** The Program Operation Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of High School Exchange Programs. The role also involves ongoing communication with international partners and schools ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for all parties involved. **Key Responsibilities**
- Operational coordination of outbound High School Exchange programs
- Daily communication with students, host families, schools, and international partners
- Support in managing documentation and administrative processes
- Monitoring ongoing programs and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with the team to improve operational procedures **Requirements**: - A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role or within the cultural/educational exchange sector.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
- Good command of digital tools (Office Suite, CRM platforms, etc.)
- Willingness to work on-site at our offices in Milan **What We Offer**
