Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Sourcing expérimenté(e), spécialisé(e) dans l'identification et l'approche de profils techniques et d'ingénieurs.
Vous serez en charge de mener des recherches ciblées et d'alimenter les équipes de recrutement avec des candidats qualifiés sur des métiers à resistente valeur ajoutée.
Vos missions Identifier et approcher des profils techniques et d'ingénieurs via les différents canaux de sourcing.
Gérer simultanément plusieurs missions de recrutement.
Qualifier les profils et assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidatures.
Profil recherché Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en sourcing de profils techniques et d'ingénieurs.
Expérience confirmée dans au moins un des secteurs suivants : aéronautique, automobile, IT.
Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing avancées (recherche booléenne, chasse directe).
Capacité à gérer plusieurs recherches en parallèle en toute autonomie.
Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit (orthographe et qualité rédactionnelle irréprochables). At Bertrandt, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunity.
