**Responsibilities**: - Supporting the Production Responsible for activities related to planning, purchasing, R&D; and production management.
- Identifying potential inefficiencies and suggesting possible improvements
- Implementing the procedures applicable to the Department
- Provide effective engineering and material science support into both design and engineering function in a production environments **Requirements**: - Master degree in Material Science or Physics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industry environment
- Ability to draft reports and technical documentation/analysis
- Extremely curious but methodical with scientific approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of Industrialization of products
