Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Business Process Intern to support our SAP rollout across two entities. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in business process mapping, monitoring, and continuous improvement within an international operations environment. The intern will play an important role in ensuring the successful adoption of newly designed SAP‑based processes and will collaborate closely with the business and IT teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Documentation
- Map and document new business processes aligned with the SAP design in the areas of sales and distribution, warehouse management and quality management.
- Capture process variations, dependencies, and key controls.
- Support creation of process flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
Post–Go Live Process Monitoring
- Observe and monitor daily operations after SAP go‑live in both Italian locations.
- Ensure that the implemented processes are followed consistently by all stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis between the designed process and actual execution.
- Report deviations, risks, or issues.
Skills & Competencies
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and different levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Good communication skills, especially in an international environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to understand and visualize business processes.
Required Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
