Dandsolutions is a consulting firm specialising in process engineering and business transformation for the financial services industry.
We support banks, asset managers and financial intermediaries across process reengineering, Transfer Agency, middle-office operations, fund administration and digital transformation.
Our approach combines operational, regulatory and technological expertise, with a particular focus on Blockchain, Distributed Ledger Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud-based financial infrastructures.
To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a:
Business Process Analyst
Transfer Agency, Private Equity, SPVs & Digital Assets The role The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis, formalisation and improvement of operational processes related to investment funds, investment vehicles and private-market transactions.
The role sits at the intersection of financial operations, business analysis and technology. The candidate will be expected to understand complex business requirements and translate them into structured processes, functional requirements and practical digital solutions.
The candidate will also contribute to Dandsolutions’ innovation projects involving asset tokenisation, DLT infrastructures, smart contracts and the use of Artificial Intelligence within financial operations.
Key responsibilities
Analyse Transfer Agency and fund administration processes.
Map operational workflows relating to subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, investor registers and corporate actions.
Support projects involving Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate and other alternative investment funds.
Analyse the structure and operational processes of SPVs and other investment vehicles.
Identify operational inefficiencies, risks and automation opportunities.
Design target operating models, procedures, controls and optimised workflows.
Gather, structure and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with operations, IT, compliance, risk management and technology providers.
Contribute to the design of solutions based on Blockchain, DLT and smart contracts.
Assess the potential use of Artificial Intelligence and workflow automation in financial processes.
Prepare project documentation, presentations, business cases and client proposals.
Candidate profile
We are looking for someone with practical experience or strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
Transfer Agency;
fund administration;
middle-office or back-office operations;
asset management;
alternative investment funds;
Private Equity or Private Debt;
SPVs and investment vehicles;
business analysis or process analysis within financial services.
Candidates are not expected to have experience in every area listed above. Applications from professionals with strong operational expertise in one of these fields and a clear interest in expanding their skills will also be considered.

Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of Blockchain, DLT and smart contracts.
Experience in financial asset tokenisation projects.
Understanding of decentralised finance and digital asset infrastructures.
Familiarity with process mapping, BPMN or workflow automation tools.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence for process analysis or automation.
Knowledge of regulations relating to investment funds, private markets or digital assets.
International experience in asset management, fund services or financial operations.
Blockchain development experience is not required. We are primarily looking for someone who understands financial processes and can collaborate effectively with technology teams to turn business requirements into practical solutions.
