Cushman & Wakefield in Milan is seeking a Building Surveyor TDD Specialist to join our expanding Building Consultancy team. You will perform technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and urban-planning analysis for high-profile properties, with a focus on cadastral compliance and CapEx planning.

The role requires a Master’s in Architecture or a Diploma Surveyor, 2–5 years of TDD experience, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel nationally.
