Role Description The Bridal Stylist at Come in una Favola is a full-time, on-site role based in Puglia Village outlet, Molfetta. This role focuses on guiding clients through the selection of bridal gowns and accessories, offering personalized styling advice that aligns with each client’s preferences, budget, and wedding vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming clients, conducting fittings, managing appointments, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing showroom.

The Bridal

Stylist collaborates with the team to ensure smooth sales processes, accurate order handling, and timely follow-up communication. The role also involves supporting promotional events, providing product information, and contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances the overall bridal shopping experience.

Qualifications

Strong Retail Sales skills with the ability to meet targets while maintaining a consultative, client-focused approach.





Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring each client feels supported and valued throughout their visit.

Excellent Customer Service skills, including patience, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions.

Clear and confident Communication skills to explain product options, styling choices, and order details in an accessible way.

Previous experience in fashion, bridal, or luxury retail environments is highly beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Naples, including weekends and peak seasons, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail in fittings, measurements, and documentation, with basic computer skills for scheduling and order tracking.

Fluency in Italian; knowledge of English or additional languages is an advantage for serving diverse clients.
