Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated intern to join our Marketing team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eyewear industry and a comprehensive overview of the work carried out by the Brand Management – Licensed Brands team.
As Brand Management Intern, You Will Gain Experience In
- quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales data and related reporting;
- market analysis, product positioning, and competitor analysis;
- managing the development of collections in collaboration with the Product Development, R&D;, and Design departments (e.g. preparing briefs for new collections,
creating presentations for new product launches, etc.);
- developing tools to support the sales force for both sell-in and sell-out activities;
- developing trade marketing materials to support the launch of new collections;
- collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from subsidiaries regarding distribution strategies and product potential;
- managing relationships with license partners and suppliers (e.g. marketing agencies).
You Are The Person We Are Looking For If
- You are about to graduate or already hold a degree in Economics or a related field, preferably complemented by a Master’s in Marketing Management
- You have an excellent command of English
- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are proactive and flexible
- You are able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have a passion for the accessories and fashion industry
