BD Rowa Sales Representative North East

Drive sales of BD Rowa pharmacy automation solutions in Lombardy, Trentino, and surrounding areas. Responsible for business development, customer relationship management, capital equipment sales, with a strong focus on achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of BD Rowa automated storage and dispensing solutions for pharmacies.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and order intake targets.
- Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners, buying groups, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Promote and maximize the attachment of service and maintenance agreements to equipment sales.
- Deliver compelling value propositions demonstrating operational, financial, and workflow benefits.
- Collaborate closely with service, project management, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in capital equipment or healthcare technology sales.
- Previous experience within the pharmacy sector is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex and consultative sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- High level of determination, self-motivation, and results orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Location and Coverage
Primary Work Location: ITA Milano - Via Enrico Cialdini.
Region coverage for this role is: Trentino Alto-Adige and Lombardy.
Salary
Salary range for this role is: 40k-42k EUR/year + uncapped sales incentive plan, providing top performers with the opportunity to significantly increase their total earnings.
