YellowSquare is looking for a Bartender/Waiter (Square Enthusiast)! Are you keen on hostels? Is wanderlust your mantra? Do you love crafting drinks and being surrounded by international friends? If your answer is YES, you’re on the right page!

YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Bartender/Waiter (Mixité position). We are primarily looking for someone who feels right at home behind the bar, but who is also open to handling reception tasks when needed (don't worry, we'll show you how!). You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, keeping the energy high behind the counter and helping out at front desk.

jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from city tips to last-minute events
- Cooperating with the whole team to keep operations smooth across both the bar and front desk.

What you should bring: Solid experience as a Barista, Waiter or Bartender (at least 1 year in similar roles)

- High proficiency in spoken Italian and English (other languages are a huge plus!)
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends
- Team spirit and hospitality mindset: you love interacting with people from all over the world.

What we offer: CCNL Turismo – 5th level: Gross annual salary of €22.2k

- Initial 3-month fixed-term contract, full-time or tempo parziale, with a flexible schedule (Mon–Sun)
