Job Summary
To manage properly all the activities related to Barman Position
What will I be doing?
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with custmer, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm its meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in cocktail preparation.
- Friendly, outgoing and positive.
- Enjoy being part of a Team.
- passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
- Good stress management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in italian and English.
The position can be classified atlevel C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA,
with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between €24.177,86 and €26.277,86 in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
